Also, please do not forget to use the direct links I provided to you. These are different departments at the State of Utah level. They should be informed too:

Complaints | Utah Insurance Department and Report Fraud | Utah Office of Inspector General

Also, it would be great if you could forward your legal email to these folks: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].

forwarded my complaint email I sent to the Utah Reps! later, I will write my email direct to A.B.M and cc them

UPDATE:

Utah Rep Matthew called me just now regarding my email! He said nothing they can do as I’m not a resident from Utah and even though they operate from Utah. IF they were making calls to Utah residents, then possibly, they could do something. He said if they were licensed in Utah, and they’re making calls in Texas, then they should also be licensed in Texas, or something like that.

He said to contact the relevant department(s) in Texas, something like that, so that’ll be my next step as well. Also, weirdly, to note, regarding the (801) number he was calling from… Telnyx’ caller id lookup feature thing flags that as “Spam Likely”… lol.

Bummer that some of the emails did not work! I think they disabled them to make you submit complaints online via the links, instead. Bureaucracy!

Here is the link to Texas authorities: OfrsWeb

And here are the Feds: File a Complaint

Also, I think such illegal robocalls and scheming might be of interest to [email protected]

Weird. I went to sleep after my meeting. I’ve been on new heart meds, there’s a bit of new information around this. I went back to my local hospital on Wednesday… One of their side effects is fatigue, and with my already-hectic schedule and lack of sleep… I’ve noticed; one way or another I seem very prone to medication side effects (dependent on what it is). I’ve been feeling it’s fatigue-inducing effect strongly lately as my body adjusts.

Aside from that, it’s 22:12 (10:12 PM) UK Time and I’ve only JUST now hopped onto my desktop - to find the following email:

I originally stated in my email I’d been on the DNC since April 17th 2025 and furthermore I’m now being told to fill out their complaints form, even though, on the incoming phone call from one of the representatives, I was told there was nothing they can do…

I’ll be sending the separate emails soon, regardless!

Yes, it is a typical way of the modern bureaucracy, unfortunately… There is a form for everything.

I am in the middle of writing an email directly to Agent Boost Marketing. I will be sharing a draft shortly.

Sounds great, mate. @ATG - I think you were able to previously trace several harassing illegal “Medicare advisors” robocalls to some entity in Utah, if I am not mistaken? Might it have been the same organization? Would you mind shedding some light on it and possibly sharing any pertinent helpful information, including emails of investigators that you interacted with?

DRAFT Awaiting the seal of approval; Let me know what you think - @OfclyGoodenough @scamterminator2021

Looks good to me. It would make sense to fix some British words like “centre”, since US folks say “center”. Also, please take a look at typos with words like “prohibits” and “occurred”. It will be more impactful if you fix those prior to sending out the email

I type way too fast sometimes lol. Already updated.

The Utah company is named Clear Link Ins. Agency LLC, 42 Future Way, Draper Utah. 84020. The “agent” I exposed was Austin Tieg. They run a whole gambit of marketing bs, with other complaints showing the vehicle extended warranty robocalls & the $100 Walmart Gift card. On some of the calls to them they even did vacations and wireless alarm promotions on the recordings. This was back in 11/2023.

Phone (801) 424-0019

The Utah AG looked into my complaints and said the the call center doing the calls for Clear Link was that asshat Adrian Velo (with associated names Umer Asghar & Areeba Bibi and a few others), who had his company registered in Ohio with the website thehawksmedia.com. The thing is the address was a lie as it was actually the SBA Main office location. After I got the SBA Director involved Velo changed it, now it’s a mail forwarding place. TheHawksMedia is fake. The real site that shows where their call center is located is hawksnetworks.com. Rawalpindi, Pakistan. They also go by Call Tell.

Velo is the problem child. I suspect he may actually live in Florida as his LinkedIn page states he also works for Brooksource.

There’s also a Kevin Brody link. He’s in the crowd with Justin Ramsey, Dustin Pillanto, Ryan Neill, Jasjit Gotra crowd. Major players in the telemarketing world and well known by the FTC.

Sometimes I give the telemarketers the name Adrian Velo when they ask for my name. You can tell by their reactions they know the name.

Look at Velo’s endorsements on LinkedIn. The Syed I believe is Syed Hamza Ahmad. Call center in Islamabad.

Still haven’t heard anything from ABM themselves. Closest update I have.

UPDATE: @scamterminator2021 @OfclyGoodenough

Regarding the final bit surrounding the lead information, it’s probably listed under one of my many fake names. Lol.

@OfclyGoodenough @scamterminator2021

See attached the fresh correspondence that has been sent from myself to Reannan Jacobsen (Agent Boost Marketing Compliance Officer) asking for an update; As well as myself reaching out to the Case Investigator as I never heard from her at all since she took it on. I also decided to go full DJT style at the end “THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER!” for the hell of it lol.

(I’m hiding the Investigator details for now - I know scammers, spammers, etc keep lurking on this site; I wouldn’t want to run the risk of ruining this case. Like having someone spam the inbox etc etc etc)

INTEL OBTAINED:

Lead Vendor responsible:

@OfclyGoodenough @scamterminator2021

I certainly did not call them to START with. What is this bullshit?

The only time I called them was when I was calling back the first few times, trying to connect to a “licensed agent” and actually find out who is responsible, or at least partly responsible / get to the bottom of this after their own lead generator agents failed multiple times to directly connect me on the first handful of tries yet still call me back to start up their ass script again, seconds after the last call would end, having not realized I’ve already spoken to a previous “colleague” of theirs moments prior..

As I stated at the start of the thread, it was definitely, some fake info they already had - somehow, having not dealt with them prior so my shit was definitely “sold” from another “spammer/scammer” at one point. So, I’m sure it’s one of other fake names, just a case of… which one lol

Here’s my response:

And here’s my opening email to Acquity:

that appears I’ll instead adjust slightly and send to them via their website contact form due to the following
