Not necessarily. They both look like scammers to me. Likelihood is scammer created a separate domain for two different nations.
The images are stolen from other breeders, but never will they copy a breeder’s ENTIRE website. Sometimes the photos are from Instagram and other social media.

It’s quite simple, the websites of scammers use quite consistent formatting. See my tips on post one on how to identify a dog scam site.
Secondly, after we have identified a scam site, we track the location of the breeder to test if they are truly from where they say they are. This way, we are able to verify that it is a scam.

Entire site is just one big text wall probably for SEO to get people to click and the redirect to another site. This is also what I got searching the domain; i’ll contact them to shut the site down
