Attempted callback on (313) 547-1377

The call gave me the option to press 1 to speak to a representative or press 5 to opt-out from their calling list. All of their agents use Onvoy.

They tried to sell me a “credit card relief” plan for $360/month, told them to call me back at the FBI’s number.

They are no longer referring to themselves as “Credit National Assist.” They refuse to take anyone off of their calling list, simply hanging up in the process.

They are now using Indian call centers to screen people and ask how much you owe in credit card debt (at least $10,000) and how much you earn (at least $1,500/month) to enroll in their “debt enrollment program”

I was then redirected to their “senior financial advisor,” Jameison from Accurate Financial

Just now I called from my TextNow the 888 822 9872 but it said that the number is no longer working or not in service. Maybe they’ve moved on already to a different phone number, though maybe they’ll start answering this number again later.

I received a call in early August on my cell phone from (951) 524-5906, and when I called the number back, a guy answered with “Accurate Financial.” I have it logged as the call where the “agent” told me they were licensed in every state except Idaho and North Dakota. I think each time I called it, their answering recording/robovoice insrted a different state name before “financial hardship loan program.:” (E.g., “Illinois financial hardship loan program” on my 08/06 call.)
On 09/13, I got “financial hardship loan” robocalls on two different numbers from (833) 578-5586. The first time I called back, the call went through a screener with an accent that didn’t sound Indian to me. She transferred the call to her “expert,” who said she was with J.G. Wentworth, The next time I called, a male answered, with “Accurate Financial.”
I’ve never spoken with any of these people long enough to find out just what they’re up to, but my rule is, if they’re making robocalls to people they’ve never done business with, it’s some kind of scam.
Edited for typos 10/17/22. I was searching the threads here to find out who has more info on “Accurate Financial” than I do. I’m thinking of filing a TCPA suit, if I can find out who and where they are.
