I don’t have another number to call them with. I’m using Google Voice which you need to pay to get a new number. And I’m pretty new to this so I don’t have any other backup number.
They caught on to me real fast. Maybe it was because of my name or maybe it was the car I gave them. I said my name was Salvadore Manilla and my car was a 2013 Lamborghini Veneno.
Oh, get a TextNow or something like that. They’re free and allow you to change numbers as much as you want to.
Well done Mate!
Speaking of the word Manila (different spelling, I know), it made me all misty-eyed… I still miss this super furious granny hooker from Manila who was selling illegal meds online without valid prescriptions. She was my one and only, she added so much meaning to my once-lonely life… She would yell and swear at numerous people here for calling her out on her BS. She was perennially angry. She was an integral part of the infamous “Canadian pharmacy” scam. You missed the fun with her. She was very precious to us all.
Try TextNow, TextFree, TextMe, TalkaTone, TalkU…free phone numbers. If you have Android (or emulator) infinite call is a fun app for the busy scambater. Set it for 9,999 calls and relax.
I tried with that scam but they would pick up and hang up. Lol
That sounds like fun I’ll check that out for sure.
I just called them on a TextNow number and I got connected to the same person as I got connected to before and her reaction was so damn feisty. It was hilarious.
They were LEGENDS. I think this furious Manila hooker goes back to dating lonely Japanese samurai warriors from the times of WW II (if not WW I). She had a genuinely dark soul; must have been raped/abused by the occupants or something.
That’s good. We like angry and easily frustrated scammers here. We need them.
Who knows? All I know is I missed out on something very interesting. That Canadian Pharmacy scam blew up on here.
Well, looks like we got ourselves a new group of “friends” from a car warranty scamming community today.
I guess so, Calling out scammers is fun, but making new friends while doing so is even more fun.
Not super surprising but more reason to spam the fuck out of them is that one of the agents are racist. (They said the N-word smh)
I baited them, I spoke to Katy from Finance department among others. They gave out the website “Your Vehicle Protection” https://yourvehicleprotection.com
On one sub-page of the site, under https://yourvehicleprotection.com/coverage-options/, they link to Omega Auto Care Car & Vehicle Protection Plan Options | Omega Auto Care Customer | Omega Auto & Home Care
They admitted on call that they’re the same company, call recording proof: http://chirb.it/nq4kay
Omega Auto Care is a notorious illegal robocaller. We have multiple threads about them:
Wow, very “classy” indeed. Obviously, real and legitimate businesses do not use racial slurs against people!
@NeeP: this is extremely valuable information! Thank you very much! Go figure, their carriers are Onvoy and Intrado. Both are used extensively by scammers.
I encourage everybody to call these scumbags violating the laws and state the facts. Thanks to the great diligence of @NeeP we have solid proof that they’re placing illegal robocalls and break numerous statutes. We also have others, including myself, who have interacted with these criminals. They cannot claim that they’re a law-abiding business anymore and try to sue this forum and its participants like this other entity tried (we will not mention its name). They have sworn at several forum members, used racial slurs and other inappropriate language. Definitely not something a good business will do.
I have just tried both numbers. They are not answering. Either we made them abandon these numbers, or my phone numbers were blocked again, or they’re more cautious now. Hmmm.
