Just spent a good 25 minutes on the phone with “Albert”. Booked a flight from Boston to Melbourne, Australia. He told me that my card would be billed twice. Once for the air fare from United, and once for the taxes and fees from Travel Trivia. He got very flustered and put me on hold once I googled Travel Trivia and mentioned the name Deepak Kumar. 
Soooo, apparently Damian is dead and Joy does not exist. am i missing something here?

Scammers tend to change their fake names and since that was back in January, those names probably are no longer being used.
