A Phone Number was reported earlier, as a Scammer.
@Markiemm#36097 offers an independent corroboration, that there was no typo in the Phone Number, meaning this Number Passes Level -1 Verification, and is ready for Processing at Level 0 Verification:
Use this Non-Toll-Free Number as your Caller ID, and Call all (or as many as you can) Toll-Free Scammers to narrow down the Active Numbers. The simplest is stay quiet, wait for scammer to answer, wait till they (not you) hang up, and collect these active numbers for sharing in social media, email distribution lists, etc. with baiters.
It may happen some block that number, but less likely if you stay quiet.
However scammers will likely sell that Number, it can get called, and you're putting scammers to do some work for you, calling that number…
