I was just on the phone with Best Buy outsourced customer service in the Philippines ALL afternoon! What a fucking nightmare! They are SO stupid!!
I kept getting disconnected, and they were useless! The last guy was the only one who helped! Gave me a work around so I could call the store directly here in the U.S. Problem was fixed in 5 minutes!
I’ve got a headache, so I’m gonna take a break from talking to these idiots again until tomorrow.
