By the way, I got someone named “Ellen” at “Support First” who promised to transfer me to “Bella” at (608) 394-4714. After I was transferred, the alleged “Bella” hung up. Damn it, I was so close!
The “Support First” scammers are a huge operation. This article from 2023 says the following:
"The most unwanted robocall campaign for the second straight month is a telemarketing call that appears to be selling low-cost health insurance. The calls leave the identical voicemail message from “Kelly from Support First,” as in this example:
Hi this is Kelly with Support First calling about your free or subsidized Health Insurance. Please call me back toll free at 844-306-0130 to see if you qualify and again that’s 844-306-0130. Call now".

Yeah, I just got off of my first call today to Matrix. His fake name is Jason.
So I said that I am a medical marijuana patient in the state of Missouri in America. I want to know if I can get some vape cartridges of THC oil, and it MUST be INDICA!!! No, I do NOT waste my time on SATIVA products. It must be a 510 thread vape cartridges, for I have my own vape pens. The percentage of TCH in the vape oil MUST BE OVER 78%!
Oh no, he said they do not sell marijuana products! What? Why do you have a problem with Mary Jane?
Okay, can I get Hydrocodone pills? He said they do not sell controlled substances BUT that I can get a pain pill called Tapentadol.
I said I’ll get the Tapentadol. Do I need to send to you a prescription for it? He said no. Okay, great. To where do I send the money order? He said they will send an email to me with in invoice I can click to pay by PayPal, Zelle, or Credit Card/Debit Card. No, I have no cell phone for the PayPal type stuff. I have a home landline phone number. I’ll send to you a money order, so just give me your address and the exact amount and I’ll send a letter stating what I want to buy with a money order in it.
Well, at some point I stopped playing along and I called him out as the putrid piece of porcine feces that he is. We went back and forth and finally he hung up. He became quite irate toward the end of the call. Of course he is a supercilious and arrogant criminal.

Conferenced him (“Matrix Pharma”) in with the FDA ( (888) 463-6332) who now has his/their number. He then called back from an ‘unkown number’ and was slightly irritated…GOOD!

This is connected to my FIRST and ONLY call today to Matrix at (888) 682-1109.
So I have gotten calls back from the same “Jason” with whom I spoke on the toll-free Matrix number. I got one call from each of the following phone numbers.
I think they are SPOOFED numbers though. When I called them back, I get the “number is disconnected or not in service” spiel.

Haha, today I have only called the (888) 682-1109 ONCE and ONCE ONLY. I have not called any other scammer phone number today.
He is so pissed off that he calls me back from spoofed numbers. I informed him of course, “Waste your time, you stupid Pakistani criminal. We have trained you Pakistani monkeys well.”
