770-678-9854, 608-394-4714, 256-409-7933 and 608-394-4713 - Medicare "Benefits Advisors" Scam

Beautiful! Time to see what sort of “benefits” they are offering to all these Medicare and Medicaid recipients that they harass with their bullshit robocalls daily! Since they are “Medicare Benefits Advisors”, call them and ask if these lovely ladies with their squeaking voices are willing to be your “Friends with Benefits”!

I think the only “benefits” they’re giving us scambaiters is fun and laughter.

Fair enough. Given the prevalence of prostitution and sex tourism in the neon jungles of Manila, I would not be surprised if they were engaged in some additional “side gigs”, too! For example, Bella sounded like she’d been serving the lonely retired male population of Australia, US and the EU since the 1950s! Probably, even provided “emotional support and companionship” to the Imperial Japanese Officer Corps back in the 40s!

Aha! Finally got someone to cuss! When I told her “America didn’t have to save the Philippines” she literally said “Fuck you” and hung up.

Beautiful! Do you remember her name and what number did you call? We should all call this person and share our opinions regarding history of the Philippines!

Never mind that posing as “Medicare” or any other government program or agency is a CRIME. I suppose, Filipinos have an entirely different set of views on what constitutes a crime.

Let’s call (704) 901-1008 and educate them on this aspect of the US laws. @MajorLeeAwesome @Tillianne @ScammerBaits @ScammerStrammer @HorseVG @Hviezdoslav

Also, these scumbags are robocalling like no tomorrow:

Oh, I already know. PEERLESS NETWORK! Owned by extremely reputable and very honest Croatian people from InfoBip.

In my experience, the only way to get them to comply is to email their execs and legal team: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]

Here is a template of a legal demand that I think could be utilized for a complaint:

Re: Illegal Robocalls from (704) 901-1008 Posing as Medicare

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally demand that Peerless Network immediately cease and desist all illegal robocalling activities originating from telephone number (704) 901-1008. 2. Misrepresentation: The robocalls falsely claim to be affiliated with Medicare, a federal program, which is a violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act), 15 U.S.C. § 41 et seq., and potentially other state consumer protection laws.

Evidence:

The following sources provide evidence of the illegal activity associated with (704) 901-1008:

Demand:

  1. Immediate Cessation: Cease all robocalls from (704) 901-1008 immediately.
  2. Investigation: Conduct a thorough investigation into the source of these robocalls and provide a report detailing the findings.
  3. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all relevant federal and state laws governing telecommunications and consumer protection.

Legal Action:

Failure to comply with this demand within [specify a reasonable timeframe, e.g., 10 business days] will leave us no choice but to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to filing a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and pursuing civil litigation for damages under the TCPA.

Please confirm receipt of this letter and your intention to comply with our demands by [specify a date, e.g., within 5 business days]. You may reach me at [Your Phone Number] or [Your Email Address] to discuss this matter further.

Sincerely,

You rock, friend! A great group of people here! :+1:

Always a pleasure to assist! If anyone else is having any sort of issues with telcos or other organizations not responding, please let me know, and I will see what I can do! I do NOT respect most VOIP telecom companies as well as “lead generators” or other telemarketers. I absolutely LOVE to expose them and to put legal societal pressure on these inbred fucktards!
