Start calling him and use a beep softly in the background every few moments. If multiple people call at the same time or throughout the day it will drive them nuts hearing this. The secret is to tell them that you don’t hear it or that you can hear someone say with an odd accent ‘Come here quickly Officer Rajesh and listen to this’. Let them think that their lines of communication are tapped and that they have been recorded by the Police. Sometimes fear and distrust alone will destroy a call center or make a lone scammer think again.
