Yes, I know there is a lot of info on them on BBB. There is only one problem with that: in the court of law, they need real people’s names, exact times and details of phone calls and all other applicable details. Hence the reason it is not really an admissible evidence, because we won’t see full legal names of people, don’t have their consent to cooperate or disclose info and don’t even know if such calls were real. For a class-action suit, we’d need witnesses reach out with the details mentioned above.
Oh, it is a simple explanation for that. They just don’t do weekends, but they will be back tomorrow, I bet.
