So, I got Britney. I was complaining to her about the price of gas. She told me “I know, it cost me $70 dollars to fill up my tank this morning!”
“Well, Brittany, why did you buy a tank? They’re not very economical. Did you ever think about donating it to Ukraine?”

Is that the same company as these guys?

Yes, this is all the same company. They have been robocalling in violation of TCPA since the summer, at least. These are American scammers.

That’s a great one! Hahahaha!

This “US Automotive Protection Services” is located in Missouri. When you call outside of business hours with these scammers the automated message give their hours as 7-4 Pacific Standard Time. Missouri uses Central Daylight Time.

US Automotive Protection Services closed at 7pm CST which is 5pm PST,. These phone scammers stop answering at 4pm PST.

US Automotive Protection Services is open on Saturdays from 9pm to 4pm CST. These phone scammers do not work on weekends

I am quite surprised that they actually disclosed their official company name to you. They have been exceptionally dodgy with me and would just not provide the name or website.

These phone scammers did not give me a website. When I asked for one, they said that a website doesn’t exist. I am trying to say that there are some inconsistencies between US Automotive Protection Services and these phone scammers.

I don’t think that they are the same organization/company because their hours are not the same, their weekly schedule is different, locations are different, and US Automotive Protection Services has a working company name + a website

Yeah, I’ve tried to get info from them and they are very evasive. A few of them told me they are “auto warranty” or “auto warranty centers” which arent real companies.
My best guess is that they are nothing more than a call-center who gets you to agree to a car warrant and they receive a percentage of the deal after they hook up with a “legit” auto warranty company.

If you want me to try to find info, I can.

I called “US Automotive Protection Services” and they confirmed that those phone number are not theirs and they have nothing to do with them. I spoke to a supervisor who looked up my number and said that they keep records of anyone they call or who calls them or their agents. She confirmed that they are not associated with US Automotive Protection Services.
